The 73.1 pendant lamp consists of a single glass cloud that can be the focus of a room at the same time calm it by the minimalism of the materials. Glass and metal and not much more are the components of the 73 series, the latest creation by Canadian manufacturer Bocci. The design by Omar Arbel once again convinces with great individuality in style.
During the refined production process, the glass is mouth-blown while still liquid into a kind of fabric vessel. It is removed after cooling and gives the glass an unusual structure and an organic form which is unique to every glass. Each part houses an LED illuminant, which fills the space within the vitreous body with light and brightens every room in a wonderful way.
Like little clouds of glassy fabric, they float in the ether and appease the ancient desire of mankind to look at the sky.
